NQ Outdoor Solutions builds and makes over yards across Mackay and surrounds: new garden beds, turf, mulch, stone, synthetic turf and full backyard transformations. We are a local, family-run crew based in Eimeo, covering Mackay within about a 50km radius. Quotes are free, with no obligation, usually back to you within one business day, and every job carries public liability cover.
What we do
- Garden bed builds. New beds marked out, edged, filled and planted or mulched, or tired old beds dug out and rebuilt.
- Turf. Fresh lawn laid where the old one has died off, gone patchy or never existed.
- Synthetic turf. Supply and install for areas where real grass struggles, or where you would rather never mow again.
- Mulch and stone. Beds topped up and finished so they hold moisture through the dry and keep weeds down.
- Full backyard transformations. The whole yard planned and done in one job, from clearing the old mess to the finished garden.
Why Mackay yards need it
Mackay gets both extremes: months of dry, then a wet season that can drop a lot of rain in a short time. Bare soil washes out, beds without edging spread into the lawn, and patchy grass gives weeds an open door. A well-built yard handles that better. Edged beds stay put, mulch holds moisture through the dry, and a solid lawn crowds weeds out.
How much does landscaping cost in Mackay?
It depends on the size of the area, what goes in it (turf, plants, mulch, stone or synthetic turf), how much clearing comes first, and access for materials. A small bed refresh is a short job; a full backyard makeover is a bigger one. We look at the yard, talk through what you want, and give you a free, no-obligation quote with a clear price before any work starts.
One crew for the whole outside
Once the landscaping is in, we can keep it looking that way. We also handle lawn mowing, garden care, tree work, timber fencing, pressure washing, gutters and rubbish removal, so a makeover and the upkeep after it can sit with one local crew. See the full list of services or grab a free quote.
